Bernice Pauahi Bishop Would be Disappointed in Some of Her Children

Bernice Pauahi Bishop Would be Disappointed in Some of Her Children

Lately some of Bernice Pauahi Bishop’s children have been pushing for us Hawaiians to be in custody of American government which ironically stains her legacy. Bernice Pauahi Bishop wanted us to be free:

Classic example is how a Kamehameha Schools’ graduate is now pushing for us Hawaiians to be controlled by American government:

http://www.staradvertiser.com/newspremium/hawaiinewspremium/20130830__Interior_official_to_speak_at_Hawaiian_meeting.html?id=221771191

As a Kamehameha Schools’ graduate, I do not know what went wrong that some of her own children are defying her wishes. Bernice Pauahi Bishop wanted us to be FREE.

She did not want us to be enslaved !!!

This is the “thanks” Bernice Pauahi Bishop gets for giving most of what she had to Hawaiian children. Some of them now work to put us in custody of AMERICAN government.

How sad.

Pushing Back Against Obama, the Native Hawaiian Roll Commission, and the Democrat Regime in Hawai’i

Pushing Back Against Obama, the Native Hawaiian Roll Commission, and the Democrat Regime in Hawai’i

Kanaiolowalu

Kanaiolowalu

Once against Obama and the rest of the Democrat Regime in Hawai’i are trying to exert force on Hawaiians and usurp the U.S. Constitution and the Hawaiian Kingdom Constitution. Well I am happy to report that the people are pushing back.

It is truly amazing to see so many people placing their name (Hawaiian and non-Hawaiian alike) which includes me.

They need at least 100,000 signatures. This is in written form and on record that we the people vehemently oppose this hewa.

The petition reads:

We petition the Obama Administration to:

Not Bypass Congress by Signing an Executive Order for Federal Recognition of Native Hawaiian.

The Kana’iolowalu Roll Commission thwarts the legal context and spirit of self-determination. We are not tribal, nor of tribes. Attempting to transform our Hawaiian identity is an unconstitutional, race-based action; a clear breach and violation of our perfect right denying our due process under law.

We, the Kanaka Maoli, have been misrepresented through materially false, fictitious, and fraudulent statements implemented through the use of false writings/documents. We oppose federal recognition of our people and reject Kana’iolowalu.

We ask that you respect the U.S. Constitution and comply with international laws, Laws of Nations and the U.N. Declaration you signed in 2010 based on the right to self-determination and self-governance

See it here: https://petitions.whitehouse.gov/petition/not-bypass-congress-signing-executive-order-federal-recognition-native-hawaiian/8Bqx2Rv7

Feel free to add your name to it too.

To sign the PETITION you will be prompted to create a user name/account to log in. This only takes a couple minutes but it is worth it.

We have to move fast.

We can do this.

PLEASE, SHARE THIS AND PASS IT ON TO FAMILY, FRIENDS, AND SUPPORTERS LIVING HERE OR IN THE STATES.

Barack Obama and Brian Schatz are Hewa

Barack Obama and Brian Schatz are Hewa

Once again the Democrat Regime in Hawai’i which has controlled the House and Senate in Hawai’i since 1962 thus have made all of the laws for the last 51 years which have systematically caused the genocide of the Hawaiian people are at it again.

Stop the Akaka Bill

Obama and Schatz Stealing from Hawaiians

We Hawaiians do NOT want the Akaka Bill.

We Hawaiians did NOT write it.

We Hawaiians had NO SAY in this matter.

Unfortunately once again the Democrat Regime in Hawai’i is now trying to bypass the U.S. Constitution and have Obama sign the Akaka Bill into law per an Executive Order.

Newflash: WE are already recognized by our kupuna. We do not want or NEED American government to do so.

The sole purpose of the Akaka Bill is to reorganize the lands thus titles and royal patents of Hawaiians and their legal heirs.

Once we lose our land… we lose our roots!

WE vehemently protest this theft of Hawaiian lands by Obama, Schatz, and the rest of the Democrat Regime in Hawai’i.

How to Opt Out of the Native Hawaiian Roll

Subject: Kanaʻiolowalu/Native Hawaiian Roll

Dear Native Hawaiian Roll Commission,

I am writing this letter because my name is currently on the Kau Inoa List, and I am choosing to opt-out of being included on the Kanaʻiolowalu/Native Hawaiian Roll (Roll). I originally received a letter, which stated that I had to opt-in to be on the Roll and am now being told that I am automatically being placed on the Roll unless I opt-out. Legally, this seems to me to be an action for promissory estoppel.

My reason for opting out is, one, I recognize that self-determination — as outlined in Article 3 of the United Nations Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples (UNDRIP) and co-opted by Kanaʻiolowalu through Act 195 — cannot be realized through a State of Hawai‘i agency, with a state-appointed director and commission. And two, the UNDRIP also states in Article 9, “Indigenous peoples and individuals have the right to belong to an indigenous community or nation, in accordance with the traditions and customs of the community or nation concerned. No discrimination of any kind may arise from the exercise of such a right.” In no way was the state-created NHRC convened in accordance with the traditions and customs of the Kanaka Maoli community or nation.

I appreciate your action in this matter and request a confirmation that my appeal has been processed.

Mahalo.

Sincerely,

Kanaiolowalu is a Scam

I love screen caps especially when it shows Kanaiolowalu‘s true colors.

Note my sweet and pleasant mana’o BEFORE it was deleted:

Kanaiolowalu is a scam

Kanaiolowalu is a scam

I will be posting a screen cap of how it looks AFTER they deleted my mana’o.

It is a blessing from our kupuna when deceivers expose themselves for the Umiamaka they are 🙂

Mahalo to my kupuna for all they have done for us and continue to do for us!

Big mahalo!

Kanaiolowalu is a Scam

Kanaiolowalu is a Scam

I am happy to report that what we have been doing is working.  We are successful in getting the word out that Kanaiolowalu is a scam.

Someone who does not use his or her real name has created a blog for personal attacks. Instead of being brave and standing by their name, they resort to hiding behind a pseudonym to personally attack Dr. Kehaulani Watson, Keali’i Makekau, and myself.

Ironically all three of us (Dr. Kehaulani Watson, Keali’i Makekau, and I) are ali’i. We have a responsibility to do our part to take care of our cousins 🙂

Do NOT sign the Native Hawaiian Roll

Kanaiolowalu

If people write about me do not leave out my inoa kupuna. ‘O wau ‘o Ululani.

In any case this is great news!

Obviously it bothers some people that most Hawaiians still REFUSE to sign the “Native Hawaiian Roll.”

It means that what we have been doing is bothering those who want to force us to sign. They nag, nag, nag us. Maha’oi!  We want to be left alone.

A huge Mahalo for REFUSING to sign!

Your kupuna thank you 🙂

The Native Hawaiian Roll is Hewa. The Native Hawaiian Roll is a Scam.

The Native Hawaiian Roll is Hewa. The Native Hawaiian Roll is a Scam.

Kanaiolowalu and the “Native Hawaiian Roll” is at it again. This time using fear to try to get our kupuna to react and sign their hewa paper.

In their latest propaganda they have this inaccurate and deceitful announcement:

Native Hawaiian Roll is Hewa

Native Hawaiian Roll is Hewa

Actually IF you sign you will deprive your keiki and mo’opuna of their rights including their property rights.

They are using the “Native Hawaiian Roll” to reorganize our lands thus titles and royal patents.

IF you sign you will lose your property rights. So will your keiki and mo’opuna.

Do NOT sign anything ! Mahalo !
