Pushing Back Against Obama, the Native Hawaiian Roll Commission, and the Democrat Regime in Hawai’i
Kanaiolowalu
Once against Obama and the rest of the Democrat Regime in Hawai’i are trying to exert force on Hawaiians and usurp the U.S. Constitution and the Hawaiian Kingdom Constitution. Well I am happy to report that the people are pushing back.
It is truly amazing to see so many people placing their name (Hawaiian and non-Hawaiian alike) which includes me.
They need at least 100,000 signatures. This is in written form and on record that we the people vehemently oppose this hewa.
The petition reads:
We petition the Obama Administration to:
Not Bypass Congress by Signing an Executive Order for Federal Recognition of Native Hawaiian.
The Kana’iolowalu Roll Commission thwarts the legal context and spirit of self-determination. We are not tribal, nor of tribes. Attempting to transform our Hawaiian identity is an unconstitutional, race-based action; a clear breach and violation of our perfect right denying our due process under law.
We, the Kanaka Maoli, have been misrepresented through materially false, fictitious, and fraudulent statements implemented through the use of false writings/documents. We oppose federal recognition of our people and reject Kana’iolowalu.
We ask that you respect the U.S. Constitution and comply with international laws, Laws of Nations and the U.N. Declaration you signed in 2010 based on the right to self-determination and self-governance
“The SHPD [State Historic Preservation Division] failed to follow its own rules when it concurred in the rail project prior to the completion of an archaeological inventory survey for the entire project. As explained below, the rules establish a sequential process under which an archaeological inventory survey must precede the SHPD’s concurrence in a project. As noted in the rules, “[t]he review process is designed to identify significant historic properties in project areas and then to develop and execute plans to handle impacts to the significant properties in the public interest.” HAR § 13-275-1(a) (emphasis added) …. the SHPD failed to comply with HRS chapter 6E and its implementing rules when it concurred in the rail project prior to the completion of the required archaeological inventory survey for the entire project. The City similarly failed to comply with HRS chapter 6E and its implementing rules by granting a special management area permit for the rail project and by commencing construction prior to the completion of the historic preservation review process.
“Accordingly, we vacate the circuit court’s judgment on [the above listed] Counts 1 through 4 of Kaleikini’s complaint, which challenged the rail project under HRS chapter 6E, and remand to the circuit court for further proceedings on those counts.”
The Democrat Regime in Hawai’i is in the midst of discussing another Land Grab.

“A proposal to transfer about 25 acres in Kakaako worth $200 million to the Office of Hawaiian Affairs to settle long-standing ceded lands claims does not do enough to empower the Native Hawaiian people.”
Actually this deal requires WRITTEN authorization of Hawaiian Nationals per the Statue of Frauds which requires ALL real property transactions to be IN WRITING. Hawaiian Nationals and their LEGAL HEIRS did NOT AUTHORIZE THIS IN WRITING.
Hawaiians and their legal heirs reserve their property rights now and forever. This shall also serve as a PUBLIC NOTICE.
Without their WRITTEN authorization this feigned deal between and among the Democrat Regime in Hawai’i is NULL AND VOID.
STOP STEALING FROM HAWAIIAN NATIONALS AND FROM THEIR KEIKI AND MO’OPUNA.
This shall also serve as a PUBLIC NOTICE.

There was no treaty of annexation. This picture was taken on February 15, 2010 at another peaceful protect at the statue of McKinley infront of McKinley High School in Honolulu Hawai’i:

The other reason for the “demonstration†was also to expose how the United States has been lying about how they acquired Hawai’i by a “treaty of annexation†for over 112 years now. There was no treaty of annexation.
It’s refreshing to see that people advocate truth… instead of perpetuating lies.
What does that say about the values that are instilled in children? I prefer that they be taught the truth and to be honest instead of perpetuating lies.
I have even more respect for Dr. Jonathan Osorio. PBS’ panel was far from fair and balanced. Three out of the four panelists were for the Akaka Bill? Talk about unfair and UNbalanced.
I must state that Dr. Osorio is amazing! He is the only one out of the four that I agree with:
Jonathan Osorio PhD on the Akaka Bill
Though some underestimate and/or insult their intelligence, watchers/overseers of the land (maka ainana) already know this:
Senator Dan Inouye and Senator Dan Akaka attempted to sneak the Akaka bill into major US federal funding legislation in the senate this coming week.
If they are successful, the Akaka bill will pass and become law.
Chairman of the Senate Appropriations committee is Daniel Inouye, who is spearheading this attempt at back room dealing.
Anger and outrage are mounting quickly in Hawai`i and beyond at the lack of transparency and manipulation of the system.
Some people who care for the welfare and future of Hawai`i and its people expressed their opposition to this underhanded ploy with a peaceful protest on Monday, December 14, 2009. This peaceful protest was sponsored by The Koani Foundation, Hawaiian Independence Action Alliance & Ka Lei Maile Ali`i Hawaiian Civic Club.
Whether you’re Hawaiian or not, whether you live in Hawai`i or not you can help make a difference by making your voice heard.
