Kanaiolowalu Does Not Fully Disclose

Kanaiolowalu Does Not Fully Disclose

I am a licensed real estate broker in Florida and a licensed managing broker in Washington (which are equivalent) and I have never seen such blatant disrespect by the Overlords pushing the Native Hawaiian Roll onto the Hawaiian people.

Nagging.
Harassing.
Bullying.

Obviously the Native Hawaiian Roll Commission still does NOT have MAJORITY of consent of Hawaiians so they RUDELY impose, harass, and nag us to “sign.” They are MAHA’OI.

For those wondering what you should do… here it is simply:

Native Hawaiian Roll

Contrary to what Senators Akaka and Inouye claim… HAWAIIANS DO NOT SUPPORT THE NATIVE HAWAIIAN ROLL!

This is what they claim:

Kana‘iolowalu is a project of the Native Hawaiian Roll Commission.  It is a year-long campaign to reunify Native Hawaiians in the self-recognition of our unrelinquished sovereignty, by enrolling Native Hawaiians and supporters in this declaration.

This is the TRUTH:

We are ALREADY UNIFIED! We do NOT need American GOVERNMENT TO UNIFY US!

I am one of FEW  real estate brokers who is Hawaiian! The state of Hawai’i and the U.S. government are trying to redistribute Hawaiian lands to themselves using the Native Hawaiian Roll to do so! That is Governor Neil Abercrombie and President Barack Obama are moving “forward” to seize more Hawaiians lands and RE-DISTRIBUTE it to themselves!

DO NOT SIGN the Native Hawaiian Roll!

DO NOT SIGN ANYTHING!

DO NOT sign the Native Hawaiian Roll!

Native Hawaiian Roll – Do NOT Sign It

Native Hawaiian Roll – Do NOT Sign It

Contrary to what Senators Akaka and Inouye claim… HAWAIIANS DO NOT SUPPORT THE NATIVE HAWAIIAN ROLL!

We Hawaiians do NOT need the U.S. government. We are capable. Our kupuna did not count on the U.S. government. Neither should we.

We Hawaiians need LESS American government intervention. NOT MORE!

Therefore DO NOT SIGN THE NATIVE HAWAIIAN ROLL! It is like the Dawes Rolls which were used to ANNIHILATE OUR INDIGENOUS COUSINS!

The politrickans are also using it to reorganize our lands and sell them. More on that later.

DO NOT SIGN THE NATIVE HAWAIIAN ROLL!

DO NOT SIGN ANYTHING!

MAHALO!

Keali’i Makekau, candidate for OHA At Large, speaks about the Native Hawaiian Roll.

The Native Hawaiian Roll Commission did not fully disclose which is a sign of deception.

Do not sign the Native Hawaiian Roll.

Paulette Ka’anohi Kaleikini speaking about the hewa Native Hawaiian Roll in June 2012.

Some people may recall that she is the plaintiff who won a unanimous decision from the Hawai’i Supreme Court regarding the rail. They ruled in part:

“The SHPD [State Historic Preservation Division] failed to follow its own rules when it concurred in the rail project prior to the completion of an archaeological inventory survey for the entire project. As explained below, the rules establish a sequential process under which an archaeological inventory survey must precede the SHPD’s concurrence in a project. As noted in the rules, “[t]he review process is designed to identify significant historic properties in project areas and then to develop and execute plans to handle impacts to the significant properties in the public interest.” HAR § 13-275-1(a) (emphasis added) …. the SHPD failed to comply with HRS chapter 6E and its implementing rules when it concurred in the rail project prior to the completion of the required archaeological inventory survey for the entire project. The City similarly failed to comply with HRS chapter 6E and its implementing rules by granting a special management area permit for the rail project and by commencing construction prior to the completion of the historic preservation review process.

“Accordingly, we vacate the circuit court’s judgment on [the above listed] Counts 1 through 4 of Kaleikini’s complaint, which challenged the rail project under HRS chapter 6E, and remand to the circuit court for further proceedings on those counts.”

The Native Hawaiian Roll affects non-Hawaiians too.

How? It is being used by government to strip Hawaiians of our property rights. They will do it to YOU too.
