“Office of Hawaiian Affairs (OHA) is reportedly considering giving Kanaiolowalu an additional $1.8 million at 9:30 on Thursday, then a half hour later at the 10 am meeting, they are looking to cut the Nā Pua No‘eau budget from $1.2 million to $327,758.

OHA is literally taking funding away from critical programs for our keiki to fund a political campaign that less than 4% of Hawaiians have signed up for in their year of operation (which cost over $3 million so far).”

Instead of giving money to young Hawaiians to use for their education and/or to finish their undergraduate or graduate degrees they are wasting trust monies which is OUR money.
