Pushing Back Against Obama, the Native Hawaiian Roll Commission, and the Democrat Regime in Hawai’i
Pushing Back Against Obama, the Native Hawaiian Roll Commission, and the Democrat Regime in Hawai’i
Once against Obama and the rest of the Democrat Regime in Hawai’i are trying to exert force on Hawaiians and usurp the U.S. Constitution and the Hawaiian Kingdom Constitution. Well I am happy to report that the people are pushing back.
It is truly amazing to see so many people placing their name (Hawaiian and non-Hawaiian alike) which includes me.
They need at least 100,000 signatures. This is in written form and on record that we the people vehemently oppose this hewa.
The petition reads:
We petition the Obama Administration to:
Not Bypass Congress by Signing an Executive Order for Federal Recognition of Native Hawaiian.
The Kana’iolowalu Roll Commission thwarts the legal context and spirit of self-determination. We are not tribal, nor of tribes. Attempting to transform our Hawaiian identity is an unconstitutional, race-based action; a clear breach and violation of our perfect right denying our due process under law.
We, the Kanaka Maoli, have been misrepresented through materially false, fictitious, and fraudulent statements implemented through the use of false writings/documents. We oppose federal recognition of our people and reject Kana’iolowalu.
We ask that you respect the U.S. Constitution and comply with international laws, Laws of Nations and the U.N. Declaration you signed in 2010 based on the right to self-determination and self-governance
Feel free to add your name to it too.
We have to move fast.
We can do this.
PLEASE, SHARE THIS AND PASS IT ON TO FAMILY, FRIENDS, AND SUPPORTERS LIVING HERE OR IN THE STATES.
How to Opt Out of the Native Hawaiian Roll
How to Opt Out of the Native Hawaiian Roll

Subject: Kanaʻiolowalu/Native Hawaiian Roll
Dear Native Hawaiian Roll Commission,
I am writing this letter because my name is currently on the Kau Inoa List, and I am choosing to opt-out of being included on the Kanaʻiolowalu/Native Hawaiian Roll (Roll). I originally received a letter, which stated that I had to opt-in to be on the Roll and am now being told that I am automatically being placed on the Roll unless I opt-out. Legally, this seems to me to be an action for promissory estoppel.
My reason for opting out is, one, I recognize that self-determination — as outlined in Article 3 of the United Nations Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples (UNDRIP) and co-opted by Kanaʻiolowalu through Act 195 — cannot be realized through a State of Hawai‘i agency, with a state-appointed director and commission. And two, the UNDRIP also states in Article 9, “Indigenous peoples and individuals have the right to belong to an indigenous community or nation, in accordance with the traditions and customs of the community or nation concerned. No discrimination of any kind may arise from the exercise of such a right.” In no way was the state-created NHRC convened in accordance with the traditions and customs of the Kanaka Maoli community or nation.
I appreciate your action in this matter and request a confirmation that my appeal has been processed.
Mahalo.
Sincerely,

Shame on the Native Hawaiian Roll Commission for Stealing from Hawaiians
Shame on the Native Hawaiian Roll Commission for Stealing from Hawaiians
Once again the politrickans have not received MAJORITY + 1 of the signatures of Hawaiians and Hawaiian Nationals yet they continue to work together to try to steal more from Hawaiians.
This time using the “Native Hawaiian Roll Commission” to use government to steal private property of Hawaiians.
Stealing is wrong. Do not sign the Native Hawaiian Roll. Do not sign with Kana’iolowalu.
So far they are spending millions more and have only received 9,000 signatures that are not certified. Instead of using the money to help Hawaiians finish their undergraduate degrees they are wasting money on themselves.
Do not sign the Native Hawaiian Roll! It will DELETE YOU and your mo’opuna out of existence!
Mahalo.
Native Hawaiian Roll is Stealing from Hawaiians
Native Hawaiian Roll is Stealing from Hawaiians
The Native Hawaiian Roll Commission is stepping up their propaganda and LIES because many Hawaiians STILL REFUSE to sign.
Continue to RESIST this THEFT.
They are sneaky and have slapped a Hawaiian name, Kanaiolowalu, on it like how they insult our intelligence and slap us in our face.
DO NOT SIGN ANYTHING.
Do not ENABLE these thieves to steal MORE FROM HAWAIIANS.
If you placed your name do not despair! Contact them in writing and tell them to remove your name.
Make you sure you keep a HARD COPY of the letter and send it CERTIFIED MAIL and keep it in your records to show that you removed your name from their SCAM.
Shame on Kana’iolowalu. Shame on the Native Hawaiian Roll Commission.
Shame on Kana’olowalu. Shame on the Native Hawaiian Roll Commission.

Working with the enemy to steal our inherent sovereignty.
